About Us

Beyond Physical Fitness (est. 2004 by Natasha Renette) is the beginning of taking physical, mental and spiritual health to the next level! Beyond Physical Fitness was founded on the belief that taking care of your body is pleasing in God's sight (I Corinthians 6:19-20.) The goal of Beyond Physical Fitness is to merge mental toughness and holistic wellness with fitness at a professional level. Environment plays a profound role in the Beyond Physical Fitness experience. The weight-lifting facilities provide the perfect setting for those seeking personal training free of needless distractions. Clients will enjoy the one on one attention that they need in order to obtain their goals.

Natasha Renette

Natasha Renette, Certified Personal Trainer is the owner and CEO of Beyond Physical Fitness in Duncanville, TX. A sports lover, she grew up excelling in basketball, soccer, and track & field. Natasha received both academic and basketball scholarships at Tyler Junior College, and continued on to receive her Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has a knowledge and passion for building bodies and has been personal training since 2001. Natasha currently holds her Personal Trainer Certification through AFAA with additional certificates in Midlife Fitness for Women, Injury Prevention & Exercise Progression, Metabolic Connection to Obesity, Multiple Client Training, Nutrition Fundamentals, Senior Fitness and more.  Natasha works with clients of all ages from youth to senior citizens.  She also works around clients with limitations as she has had her fair share of injuries from athletics.  Natasha has trained numerous clients of all health and fitness levels over the years and has helped individuals to the path of fat reduction and healthy living.

DeQuinton Daniel

 DeQuinton Daniel "Q" excelled in football growing up and maintains a passion for body building, strength gaining, speed, and agility. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with an additional Master Fitness Specialist Certification from the Cooper Institute. Additionally, he holds a Kettlebell Certification from the National Exercise Trainer’s Association. Q specializes in designing weight management and weight loss programs, as well as planning exercise strategies.  As a certified Kinesiotherapist, he also specializes in rehabilitation.
