Natasha Renette, Certified Personal Trainer is the owner and CEO of Beyond Physical Fitness in Dallas, TX . A sports lover, she grew up excelling in basketball, soccer, and track & field. Natasha received both academic and basketball scholarships at Tyler Junior College, and continued on to receive her Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Arlington . She has a knowledge and passion for building bodies and has been personal training since 2001. Natasha currently holds her Personal Trainer Certification through AFAA with additional certificates in Midlife Fitness for Women, Injury Prevention & Exercise Progression, Metabolic Connection to Obesity, Multiple Client Training, Nutrition Fundamentals, Senior Fitness and more. Natasha works with clients of all ages from youth to senior citizens. She also works around clients with limitations as she has had her fair share of injuries from athletics. Natasha has trained numerous clients of all health and fitness levels over the years and has helped individuals to the path of fat reduction and healthy living.
DeQuinton "Q" Daniel has worked as a seasoned Kinesiotherapist at the Dallas VA Medical Center since 2008, where he has specialized in the rehabilitation of veterans with complex physical and psychosocial conditions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Master Fitness Specialist (Cooper Institute), and is Kettlebell Certified (National Exercise Trainers Association). As a registered Kinesiotherapist, Q has advanced expertise in designing rehabilitation programs, weight management, and fitness strategies.
Growing up excelling in football, Q developed a lifelong passion for bodybuilding, strength training, and improving speed and agility. Motivated from losing family members to health struggles, he is an advocate for healthy lifestyles and educating people about healthy alternatives. He applies this knowledge in his work, creating customized therapeutic movement plans for veterans with conditions like PTSD, substance abuse, and chronic physical issues. His experience includes leading programs like M.O.V.E. (Movement for Obese Veterans Everywhere) and providing one-on-one care for veterans with special needs, such as those recovering from strokes or managing Parkinson's disease.
Recognized for his dedication to veteran health, Q has earned multiple accolades and certifications in areas like Senior Strength & Conditioning, Weight Management, and Fall Risk Management for Medically Complex Patients. He continues to make a meaningful impact in kinesiology, rehabilitation, and fitness.
